We offer overnight courier service both ways on all cases at no additional
charge.
Terms: All accounts are payable within 20 days of statement date. Statement
date is the last working day of the month. Accounts not paid within the
stated terms will be subject to C.O.D. status and a surcharge on the
unpaid balance. We honor Visa and MasterCard for payment of cases. Limited Warranty / Limitation of Liability: Natura-Like Laboratories expressly
warrants that all dental devices are made according to your specifications.
Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the
lab will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of
materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the lab's
option, as follows (1) all final fixed prosthetics up to five years;
and (2) removable devices up to one year if the failure is due to defects
in materials or workmanship.
